Details

Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:8.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0

When the user has only the Apps icon in the add-on bar and they uninstall the Open Web Apps extension, the add-on bar becomes hidden. If they re-install the extension then the add-on bar does not re-appear automatically and the user has to manually enable it (ctrl + /).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox with a fresh profile
2. Install the Open Web Apps extension - Can be found at http://people.mozilla.com/~mdabbagh/openwebapps/extension/
3. Notice the add-on bar at the bottom of Firefox appears and shows the 'Apps' icon
4. Remove the extension - Tools>Add-ons>Extensions
5. Notice the add-on bar disappears
6. Re-install the extension (repeat step 2)

Actual Results:
The add-on bar does not appear again and the user has to manually press ctrl+/ in order to show it.

Expected Results:
The add-on bar re-appears after re-installing the Open Web Apps extension and it should display the 'Apps' icon.
