701180 - Add ability to delete history older than a certain age

I'd like to see the option to be able to delete history older than a certain time period (to be determined).  I initially thought of this for download history but I suppose it applies to history in general.  I have a very long list of downloads and I wanted to trim the list but I didn't want to totally clear the list.  I had hoped to delete the download history older than two months ago.  But the only way I found to do this was to select most of the long list in the download manager and select Remove from List.  

Side Note:  The downloads that were more than a year old still said September XX even though they were from Sept 2010 not from 2011.

Just do a backup of your profile first, just in case (it's experimental, after all)
