Unable to connect using ftp client. Chose to use FTP desktop client rather than command line web hosting. Should I have performed thos steps first? My username jbeatty is being denied. Using FileZilla as FTP desktop client.

Hey Jeff, I just downloaded and tried to FileZilla and was being denied as well. I currently use Fugu and it works fine. Let me know if you don't mind trying out Fugu.
Henry, I'm not sure why, but IRC won't let me talk to you anymore. Here's what I've done: - I moved my sshkey.pub and sshkey files to .ssh/id_dsa (which is the file they were supposed to have been saved to, but actually weren't). I tried reconnecting but still received the same error message. I'm now stumped.
Hey Jeff, lets try using FileZilla. You'll need to connect sftp so it uses SSH protocol to authenticate. Host: sftp://people.mozilla.com
Getting the following errors: Status: Connecting to people.mozilla.com... Response: fzSftp started Command: keyfile "/Users/jbeatty/Documents/sshkey" Command: open "jbeatty@people.mozilla.com" 22 Command: Trust new Hostkey: Yes Error: Disconnected: No supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey) Error: Could not connect to server Status: Waiting to retry... Status: Connecting to people.mozilla.com... Response: fzSftp started Command: keyfile "/Users/jbeatty/Documents/sshkey" Command: open "jbeatty@people.mozilla.com" 22 Error: Disconnected: No supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey) Error: Could not connect to server
I can't get this tool to work. I'd recommend cyberduck instead - http://cyberduck.ch/ . I just tested and it works great! I'll leave this open until you have a chance to try it out.
Woot, woot! It worked! Finally! Thanks for your help Matt!
Issue resloved. Thanks for everyone's help!
