Some part Content of www.ibnlive.com site is masked by a panel, which distract for reading the content of the webpage. The Panel also move along with the scroll bar which makes reading content even worse.
The same page works fine in other explorer.
Please find the attached screenshot.

Yes, It is happening when Firefox is launched in safe mode.
Yes Facebook content is blocked in my network.
