This bug is to track all the bugs related to moving SQL queries that still live in the webapp, to appropriate services in the middleware. 

Also, we need the middleware reorganization to be done before anything else can be worked on.

This is now resolved. I ran a bunch of grep with different SQL-related keywords and didn't find anything outside of librairies/drivers/Database/Pgsql.php which we don't use anymore.
