701601 - Move Nightly report SQL queries to Middleware

Two SQL queries are done in the WebApp to get data for the Nightly report page. Those should be merged into one and moved to the middleware as an appropriate service. 

Needs the middleware reorg to be done first.

Step to QA:
-----------

1. Go to https://crash-stats.allizom.com/products/Firefox/builds
2. Check that result is similar to https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/products/Firefox/builds
3. Do the same thing with other products. 

Note: given data differences between prod and stage, results may be different, but there should only be empty recent dates, and no difference in builds themselves.
