Basket is a service for easily signing users up to our email newsletters (it currently passes our subscriptions to Responsys).
We should switch Affiliates to use Basket for email subscriptions rather than responsys.

Basket-client is the best way to make this happen: https://github.com/mozilla/basket-client
Make sure to remove any trace of pycurl, it's currently breaking our jenkins tests.
