Details
(Whiteboard: [platform-rel-Twitter])
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:8.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0
Build ID: 20111104165243
Steps to reproduce:
In twitter (and other timelines/webpages) hover (mouseover) shortened link.
Actual results:
Previously selected text or the title of a previously followed link is shown; when following a link and returning to twitter, the newly followed title is shown for all links.
Expected results:
When hovering over shortened link, the complete link in question should be shown.
Summary: Mouseover shows same previously selected text or pagetitle on shortened links → Mouseover shows same text from last tooltip on shortened links in twitter
When testing again: seems exclusive Twitter-problem, but used to work in FF7. The text shown in the baloon is whatever happened to be in the tiptext from a previous (non-twitter) page. Note: I use https-twitter; refreshing the page with ctrl-f5 has no effect
