70200 - Time Elapsed/Time Remaining on XPInstall

During an XPInstall, can we let users know how much time is remaining, bit rate
throughput (maybe), and also percentage completion. 
i.e. 150k of 2000k - 23%; Time Remaining 3:30

Just so this is clear, this is an RFE to add status to the Install progress
dialog, not the download, which is bugscape bug 3866.

Rafael: unnominated bug aren't being looked at for the most part. If you want a 
bug fixed make sure it has a "nsbeta1" keyword, and if that gets changed to 
"nsbeta1-" be prepared to make a case for it. Nomintating, but not promising 
anything.

for installer.
