Steps to reproduce:

Just installed nightly.


Actual results:

A strange shape as showed on the picture appears on the top of the scrollbar.
When I hover on it, it moves really fast from right to left.
OS: Windows XP → Other
Version: 10 Branch → Trunk
What is the UX button on the left? Is this some experimental build, not normal nightly?
It's just a Nightly version where firefox developers test new ideas about visual improvements. I tried this on Nightly also, but it's still there.
