In Preferences -> Appearance -> Colors, the shortcut keys
(T for Text, B for Background, L for Unvisited Links, and V
for Visited Links) do not work.
Adding dependency on bug 959, "Accesskey attribute not implemented yet for XUL".

(I'd mark this as a duplicate, except that these color-menu controls are
special and so should be re-checked once accesskeys are implemented throughout
prefs.)
Depends on: Accesskey-XUL
When it works, it really will (should) work everywhere. I think we can
reinvestigate this later, if that bug is ever fixed.
