Unable to launch arbitrary test pages.

used to be able to pass in extra args to Soup Activity intent


adb shell am start -a org.mozilla.labs.WEBAPP -n org.mozilla.labs.Soup/org.mozilla.labs.Soup.SoupActivity -e uri http://10.0.2.2:60172/tests/index.html

Now this has since changed to LauncherActivity, but the uri is static. I like the idea of being able to pass in a uri.

Possibly we can add further security by checking to see if it is a debug build before processing ?

"uri" intent handler is implemented by class .app.AppActivity.
