(Whiteboard: [buildslaves][buildduty])

Last week I deployed Visual Studio 2010 + python-ssl to the build slaves. It would be great to reboot win2k3-ref-img and create a snapshot to be used as a ref image.
Want to get the new version of MozillaBuIld deployed before we take a new image (bug 594474).

Should this be a Server Ops bug, or do we need to update the ref image still?

Since we don't use win2k3-ref-img based build slaves (VMs), there is no need to update the ref image.
