I already have level 1 access, see bug 676891. Level 2 access would be useful for me to directly commit to Talos and other repositories in the course of my work.

I believe ctalbert's (a peer) vouch in bug 691837 should be sufficient here as well.
Which repos besides Talos are you requesting access to? Once we have that I can move this over for L2 access with Clint's vouch.
Talos is the main one that would be immediately be useful. I may also be working on the planet project in the svn repository soon (http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/planet/) for a planet specific to my team.
SVN is handled separately, so once that is setup you'll need to make a specific request for access (perhaps in the bug about setting it up).
