Showing a number on its own in the tab menu doesn't make it quite clear enough that a menu exists underneath.

Let's add a little down carat to make that more discoverable.

This patch shows the caret all the time (starting from 1 to 2 transition).
This also changes the color to orange (or the highlighted color on the device) after the animation.

This should be applied on top of Bug 700936.
