David, do you know what the link URL should be updated to?

Tools like Accessible Event Watcher or Inspect Object is part of MS Windows SDK for Window 7 (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=3138). Additionally we should suggest to use accprobe (http://accessibility.linuxfoundation.org/a11yweb/util/accprobe/) it's a nice tool to inspect MSAA and IA2 both.

Okay, I'll change the link to http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=3138

That sounds like a separate bug, and I think it's an edit that I don't feel versed enough in a11y to make.
