steps to reproduce:
1. Load the app search results page- https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/search/?q=katuan+karoon&cat=apps
2. Notice the metadata about the search results.

expected behavior:
We don't show ADU for apps

actual behavior:
We do. See screenshot.

I fixed it for mobile not for desktop. Now both are fixed!
