Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:10.0a2) Gecko/20111114 Firefox/10.0a2
Build ID: 20111114042039
Steps to reproduce:
Installed Aurora. Installed two of my themes, Stratini Super and MosaicFox. After installing the themes and restarting I could not switch between themes as the "Enable" button isn't shown for all of them, only one. This is what I'm seeing with Stratini Super active:
Default: no buttons.
Stratini Super: Remove.
MosaicFox: Enable, Remove.
Switched to MosaicFox and restarted and saw this:
Default: no buttons.
Stratini Super: Enable, Remove.
MosaicFox: Remove.
I feel like I've seen this same behavior in older versions at times as well.

I've tested on Beta 9.0, Aurora 10.0, and Nightly 11.0 and this only seems to happen on Aurora 10.0.
Summary: Cannot Enable all themes. → Cannot enable the default theme after 3rd-party theme enabled.
Component: General → Add-ons Manager
Product: Firefox → Toolkit

Adding the qawanted keyword to see if we can get a reproduction of this bug, and the requested profile info.
Here is what I am seeing in Firefox 10.0b2 on Windows 7 after installing Stratini Super 3.0.1 and Mosaic-Fox 2.3.1 and restarting...
With Stratini active:
* Stratini has a REMOVE button
* Default has an ENABLE button
* Mosaic-Fox has REMOVE and ENABLE buttons
With Mosaic-Fox active:
* Mosaic-Fox has a REMOVE button
* Default has an ENABLE button
* Stratini has REMOVE and ENABLE buttons
With Default active:
* Default has no buttons
* Mosaic-Fox has REMOVE and ENABLE buttons
* Stratini has REMOVE and ENABLE buttons
In short, I can't reproduce this bug.
Patrick, can you please try reproducing this on Firefox 10.0b2?

Sorry guys, holiday lag on the emails! Testing now in 10 beta and don't see this any more... this appears to have either been resolved, or was some crazy profile glitch. When I was seeing it though it was persistent!
