Steps to reproduce:
- Right click on the toolbar and select "Customize."
- Drag the folder location widget icon from the dialog box onto the toolbar.
- Selection "Done."
It's not possible with none of the buttons avaliables to add to the toolbar, and
It's not possible to make it work in the other way, I mean trying to remove a button from the toolbar.
Tested with a working profile and with a new one too.

Confirmed, as I see the same problem on Linux (Ubuntu 11.10, 64bit)

Yes, this is a duplicate of 701005. It's fixed in trunk - just waiting on approval for mozilla-aurora.
