steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/users/login on your Adnroid. 2. Notice the login form. actual behavior: User needs to scroll down to view the option to login via BrowserID Login. Since the old form is just for users with additional prevs, please disable the old signup form for mamo users.
Potch, can you hide this form, only on mobile? This should be behind the browserid-login switch but not the app-preview one, since this is something we want in the future site too.
