Details

This is for mobile and desktop.  Right now our login page says "Mobile add-ons" in a couple places as well as has a section about "Login Problems".  Let's replace add-ons with apps and just hide the login problems section altogether since that is all changing with browserid.

This can just go behind the apps preview flag.  Thanks

The two bugs are completely different.  I don't know what browser-specific means?

please ignore this. These bugs are not related.
Should I get rid of the normal login for apps preview?
I didn't get rid of normal login yet.
