702822 - 405 Error is thrown for invalid package version

Steps to reproduce:

First open firebug and switch to the console.

1. Open or create an Addon
2. Enter a version name with a space or other invalid characters
3. Click save icon

You'll see in the console a 405 error "Method not allowed" and in the response you'll see the error message under the Allows header.
