OS: Android 2.3.3
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec App
2. Browse to javascript:prompt()
3. Wait for the dialog to open.
4. When the dialog displayed, start typing text
Expected result:
After step 3, the VKb is triggered. User is able to type any characters in the dialog input field
Actual result:
After step 3, the VKb is not triggered. Step 4 is unable to be performed.

This is actually standard Android behavior. The VKB does not display until you tap on the editbox. The same thing happens if the "prompt" is fired via a web page. The same thing also happens in the Stock browser.
