Details
Need to be able to associate an article with a file in m-c. If the file changes, a flag automatically shows up on the article alerting readers that the page covers something at may have changed. Flag remains until cleared by a reviewer.

This would basically be a way that you could link the documentation for an API to the header file for the API in the source repository, so that if the source changes, there's a notification on the wiki that it may need updating. This would be a *huge* help to make sure our content is updated quickly.
