This should be a KVM instance on kvm.build.scl1.mozilla.com, and should live on vlan75.

It should be configured just like puppet1.private.mtv1.mozilla.com.

Bug 702865 is already open to set up the MySQL ACLs for this -- it will just need an IP added and to be bumped back to netops and databases.

Once the VM is created, kick this to me. I just set up two new puppetmaster this week, so have it all fresh in my mind. Some manifests and the puppetize script needs updating to support a new puppetmaster.

Waiting on Ben to verify the new kvm servers have the rhel images as I hit errors during install.
