Upon successful install of the Soup application and launch of the WebView; there should be a toast notification indicating to the user that a second application shortcut has been added to their Android launcher space -- in this case it's the 'Soup Launcher'. http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/notifiers/toasts.html -- Samsung Nexus S (Android 2.3.6) origin/HEAD 012691d
I would say not a blocker for developer preview..

Toasts can't be fired after install. After having an UX review we might also remove the Launcher and integrate a switch into the store or menu and only keep the live folder implementation.
