test page with INPUT elements and uninitalized canvas

The uninitialized CANVAS element produces weird display artifacts. The INPUT text elements are positioned on top of the CANVAS. The new artifacts appear when text is typed in those INPUT controls.

Yeah, something there is _very_ weird.  Again, can you minimize the testcase?
Buggy on Linux too, without accelerated layers.
