KB articles are displaying as ready for localization when they do not have 'Ready to Review' in their history. This is in production. I was not able to repro this on locales other than /zh-CN

Ex: https://support.mozilla.com/zh-CN/localization
>> Displays 'testpage' & 'How do I switch update channels?'

NB: the link to 'How do I switch update channels' has https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/how-do-i-switch-update-channels in the link, but redirects the user to FF download page 'http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=how-do-i-switch-update-channels'
Second page, "How do I switch update channels?", is a redirect to /firefox/fx. Not sure why, but it's working correctly.
So, how do I delete that redirect? When I search in the admin for "How do I switch update channels?" I'm only shown the English article, there is no zh-CN article that I could delete to remove this redirect.
Wait, those aren't articles ready to review, those are ready to be localized. Apparently we approved them in the English version, though I have no idea how the redirect thing happened.

Michael, I don't want to remove articles at random. Do you know what the "How do I switch update channels?" article/redirect is about?
The "How do I switch update channels?" article is about a feature that was removed from Firefox but still linked from a few versions of the release notes. At first we archived the article but it still resulted in lots of people being confused so I eventually redirected the article to the download page. Maybe it's time to just delete the article? It shouldn't be linked from anywhere anymore.
