On apps-dev (where settings.APP_PREVIEW is enabled), the Apps header will appear on the My Purchases page. Since My Purchases page includes both add-ons and apps, it is presumptuous to assume that all of My Purchases will contain apps. So until we figure out a way of providing different interfaces for My Add-on Purchases and My App Purchases, this is what I'm doing.
