Steps to reproduce:

1. Start writing new email.  Attach a file to it.
2. Start writing another new email.
3. Drag and drop the attachment to the new email window's attachment panel. (It wont let you.)


Actual results:

If you attach a file to a compose window (new email) you're writing, you can't then drag the attachment out of its pane to attach it to another compose window (new email), or out of the program.


Expected results:

You should be able to drag and drop attachment from a compose window to another compose window.

Though not as important as dragging from compose window to compose window. You should also be able to drag the attachment out of the program.
