steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/users/login actual behavior: There is a link to "register" clicking on which loads the desktop-view with a user message that registration needs to be via browserID. Seems like a useless thing for mobile users.
