Steps to reproduce:
Cannot install, have followed all fix it solutions, reinstalls, etc.
Actual results:
Products to not install, notices state not installed, require plug ins, etc. Computer screens freezing, home page only shows blank page, icons in system tray do not appear

We're in the process of removing support for plugins (bug 1677160), so I think this bug is irrelevant now.
