When a menu gets long, it automatically scrolls, an arrow is supposed to appear 
at each end. Currently modern does this, and by inspection it seems Windows 
Classic should be OK too.

However the necessary images are missing from the mac version on classic.jar.

A patch to jar.nm to add the 4 missing images will follow

To verify, go to the Appearance->Fonts preferences, and drop down the sans-serif 
font list. It should have large black arrows at the top and/or bottom that allow 
you to scroll the list.

If you don't have a lot of fonts installed I guess you might not see these.
