Description

Attachment: logcat

1. install and run fennec
2. go back to the home, settings -> applications -> fennec and move to SD card
3. check logcat

Expected: the application is stopped first
Actual: unmounting occurs first.

Note:
1. maybe a bug in Android OS?  I'm not sure if we have any control over this.

Filed a bug with Android OS :
Issue 22137: 	Moving an app to the SD card should check to see if the App is running first, force quit the app and then do operations

I had issues before with a profile file being locked and not transferring.
