Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec App
2. Browse to any webpage
3. Tap on device Menu button > Save as PDF
4. Repeat step 3 for a couple of times

Expected result:
For each tap on the Save as PDF button, a PDF file will be created.

Expected result:
After step 4, "Printer Error" message is triggered as you can see in the attached screenshot.

Same bug happened in XUL Fennec. The Gecko code is not re-entrant, so we need to ignore any attempts to "save as PDF" until the current job is finished.
