This is with the 0.8 release... looking at http://outflux.net/, the left-side cell containing the buttons is larger than it should be. By increasing the borders, you can see that the width is being miscalculated. http://outflux.net/?debug=5 will grow the borders to 5, and things are still off. However, at "debug=10" for a border/spacing width of 10, it seems the width starts getting calculated correctly. Perhaps this is a rounding error of some kind? Maybe a cellspacing issue?
