I tried to send another bug to you that I had with Mozilla 0.9 with Talkback. I
filled in the help form on the above URL, and pressed the button on the bottom.
Nothing happened.

I even quit Mozilla, rebooted and filled in everything again. Checked if
Javascript was on. Nothing helped.
That's why I send these bugs with Mozilla 0.8

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Open up Bugzilla
File a new bug.
Use the helper and fill in a bug.
Press the Open Bugzilla Entry Form. 

Actual Results:  It should open the next screen with everything you filled in.

Expected Results:  It will stay at the Bugzilla helper screen.

Jorden van der Elst, I presume you got your "Actual" and "Expected" results
reversed?

No, I filled it in the right way the first time, then copied my results to
notepad. I must've made a mistake filling them back in, but would this even matter?

The results as shown there should be reversed yes.

Apparently not. Then again, I no longer use Mozilla 0.9/Talkback.
Using 0.8.1 only.
