Screenshot of grey bar above the content area
As can be seen in the attached screenshot, there is a gray bar and two grey dots (one no either side of the content) that appears just above the content area. These gray areas are visible when dragging the content area and don't appear to serve any purpose. Can we clean the interface up and remove them?

Bug 703347 will address the "overscroll" area.

Bug 703347 reads to me that it is about the entire overscroll area. Are the artifacts included in the red box in this screenshot a part of that area? Will these artifacts be removed by the fix for bug 703347?
