I had a test-pilot dropdown earlier today, which I clicked on and took the resulting survey. Now I can't click on anything in the area that doorhanger would live (on the right side). In fact, even two-finger scrolling with the mouse in that area does not work. This occurs in multiple tabs -- I noticed it in Google +, where the notification badge is not clickable; but it also occurs in this very bugzilla page. There is no visual evidence of the doorhanger. Clicking the test-pilot "Feedback" button doesn't change things. Apologies if this should be filed against test-pilot - I don't know what component that should be.
Haven't seen this again.
