When replying to a message the first time after Mozilla was 
started, the paste and paste as quotation options are greyed
out. Oddly after clicking in the address field and then back
in the text entry area, pasting is possible

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. reply to a message
2. copy text in another window 
3. click in the text entry field in the reply message window
4. try to paste or paste as quotation: greyed out
5. click in addresse field
6. click in text entry area: no paste and past as quotation works

This is strange ... I tested with 2001030621 and found that 
the problem *always* occurs when I open my first reply window only.
When I close the window, reopen again, the paste/paste as 
quotation options are there. From then on, I dont have any
more problems with this.

yeah, this works in the 2002-01-23 builds...
