Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to AMO Apps login page https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/users/login
2. Click the "Log in with Browser ID" button
3. Close the pop-up window

Expected results:
After the pop-up window is closed, the loader gif dissapears

Actual results:
Loader gif is stuck on the page after the pop-up window is closed, and overlaps the log in button

Notes/issues:
Issue reproduces on Aurora and Nightly browser

The gif overlapping the BrowserID 'Login / Register' button issue occurs when using browsers other than Firefox. The gif is overlapping as soon as the button is pressed.
