In refactoring talos to allow for --develop and a in tool webserver, we broke twinopen. This showed up when we updated talos on the foopies. This is an easy and I have tested it locally.
wlach, can we get a review on this today, this is fixing a red on all branches for android twinopen.

fix handling of remote line conversion (1.0)

The comment is a bit outside of its immediate context, which makes this a bit confusing. I think it would be a bit clearer if it said something like:

# Convert URLs containing .html files (and manifest files containing URLs) to
# point at local webserver. .xul files should always be opened locally (for the
# case that talos is driving a remote device, we copy over the .xul file in
# remotePerfConfigurator.py)

A bit verbose but at least it's unambiguous. :)
