The l10n MDN pages need a directory of tutorials to be linked onto the Create a new localization page. This bug is for tracking purposes and should be dependent upon the bugs that correspond to each tool tutorial.

The tools directories can be displayed on both wikis. 

One idea: 
For the wikimo, the tools directory will be more about description of features and use within the overall process (reflecting the high-level PM features). This may be directed more at intermediate/advanced users. Additionally, rather than re-writing existing doc on other sites, simply providing a link to where this doc is located could be sufficient for the purposes of describing the tool's features.
For the MDN, tools directory will contain tutorials on using the tool on it's own from the stand point of newcomers. Additional tutorials can be provided for advanced users (e.g., beginner Verbatim tutorial on using Verbatim to translate / intermediate tutorial on updating from VCS and the role of the approver / advanced tutorial on using Verbatim with an external .po editor).

Tutorials directories have been included in the navegable quick start guide on MDN.
