I'm looking for some help on my upcoming Toronto trip. Madhava isn't available, so I need a list of everyone that works in Toronto. Phonebook is the logical place to find this. 

CURRENT: I search "toronto" but there are no results.

DESIRED: I don't anticipate any employee name + city name conflicts. Find employees who match the searched city. This will need to be sophisticated enough to handle cities with spaces such as "San Francisco" and all the ways a user might mangle "Mt. View" "Mt View" "Mt.View" "Mountain View" "MtView" etc. I can provide a full synonym list.
Yes please! I'd love to be able to search by state/region, or even country. Searching for "Brooklyn" or "NY" would help me find people to go to lunch with.

I was already doing some work on phonebook this morning.

Commited revision 101775 which adds physicalDeliveryOfficeName to the list of searchable fields
