We currently do
  $ curl -sI http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/xulrunner/releases/
  HTTP/1.1 302 Found
  ...
  Location: http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/xulrunner/releases/
because we previously thought there's enough traffic to warrant carrying the xulrunner files on the mirrors. I'm asserting that's not true and ftp.mozilla.org would be just fine. 

To facilitate that please remove the redirect for xulrunner, but leave it in place for firefox and any other apps.
