Details

Dragging the view has very little momentum compared with either XUL Fennec or other non-Fennec apps.  Thus, when scrolling down (or up) a page, more touches/pushes are required than would be expected in other apps.  

Sorry for the vagueness of this description, but it's hard to be more precise about this.
What device? cwiiis bug 705114?
