User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Ubuntu; X11; Linux i686; rv:8.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0 Build ID: 20111115192257 Steps to reproduce: Within the 'Firefox will:' listbox I've chosen the 'Use custom settings for history' item. Then I've entered a couple of blocked sites (into the 'Exceptions'). Closed the 'Edit preferences window'. PS 8.0+build1-0ubuntu0.10.04.1~mfs2 Actual results: There's the 'Remember history' item instead my 'Use custom settings for history' I'd chosen before. Expected results: I'd say there should be my setting.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:12.0a1) Gecko/20120108 Firefox/12.0a1 It's true that without modifying any settings (adding exceptions instead), the "Use custom settings" option is not saved. This might be invalid from that point, as the checkboxes remain unchanged. Moving to preferences for feedback on this.
