User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:8.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0 Build ID: 20111104165243 Steps to reproduce: Clicked on "Open a new tab" plus sign, or right-clicked on link and selected "Open in new tab". Actual results: Additional tab appeared at top of browser. Clicking on the tab did not change the web page displayed to the one listed on the tab. Expected results: The web page being displayed should have changed to that indicated on the tab clicked upon.
Couldn't understand enough of bugs 642532 or 700467 to know if they are applicable.
On startup next day, initial operation of browser did not at first display this problem.
