User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:8.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0.1
Build ID: 20111122085954

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to "Edit" menu
2. Select "Account Settings..."
3. Select a preconfigured mail account
4. Select "Edit Card"
5. Type in some data, close
6. Reopen the vCard dialog, close
7. Send mail with attached vCard

Actual results:

The vCard form is empty, even after editing and saving. When checking about:config the data is there (maybe malformed?).
When attached to a mail the vCard is empty.

Expected results:

The vCard form should load the data previously typed in.
The vCard should be attached to a mail with actual data in it.

Anything in Tools -> Error console when this happens ?
@Ludovic Hirlimann: No, nothing.

Revising my former statement: The vcard is not empty when attached to a mail. The inputted data is showing up correctly when I open the attached vcard within Thunderbird (I sent a mail to myself with the card attached)!
However, once set up I can not reopen/reedit the vcard within the account settings as mentioned in the bug report. The form shows up empty (though the data seems to be stored right).

I've noticed this behavior with 7.0 - 7.0.1 already, but the version jump was too fast to write a report...
This is a duplicate of bug 690655 and will be fixed in TB 9.
