In preparation for making the new graphserver the default for graphs.m.o, we need to make sure the internal/external DNS entry for graphs-old.mozilla.org points to the appropriate address or hostname (I believe it's dm-graphs02.mozilla.org).

Also, we should make sure that there is a VHost for graphs-old on dm-graphs02 (can just be a ServerAlias on the existing VHost I should think)
